Application process:
1. Pad dyeing hot melt process
- Dosage 1.0 - 5.0 g/L
- Process flow: dip dyeing and pad dyeing twice, extraction rate 70%, pre-curing at 100°C, curing at 180-200°C for 20-30 seconds.
- NOTE: Be sure to rinse fabric thoroughly after pre-treatment to remove residual alkali that may cause color fluctuations.
2. Dip dyeing process
- Dosage: 0.1 - 0.5% (based on fabric weight)
- Liquor ratio: 1:10 - 1:30
- Temperature: 100 - 135°C
- Time: 30 - 60 minutes
- PH value: 6 - 13
