1.Polyester textiles:

Operating and safety instructions:
1. Shake well before use: It is recommended to shake the product well before use to ensure uniformity.

3. Use soft water: It is highly recommended to dilute with soft water to avoid potential interference with the effectiveness of the brightener. If soft water is not available, preliminary testing is necessary to ensure compatibility.

Packaging and Shelf life:
1. Packaging: Optical Brightener ER-II is packaged in 4 5kg plastic bottles, total net weight per carton 20kg. This packaging facilitates transportation and storage.
2. Shelf life: The product has a Shelf life of 6 months when stored in a dry, cool and ventilated environment. Proper storage is essential to maintain its effectiveness over the long term.

Application process:
1. Pad dyeing hot melt process
- Dosage 1.0 - 5.0 g/L
- Process flow: dip dyeing and pad dyeing twice, extraction rate 70%, pre-curing at 100°C, curing at 180-200°C for 20-30 seconds.
- NOTE: Be sure to rinse fabric thoroughly after pre-treatment to remove residual alkali that may cause color fluctuations.

2. Dip dyeing process
- Dosage: 0.1 - 0.5% (based on fabric weight)
- Liquor ratio: 1:10 - 1:30
- Temperature: 100 - 135°C
- Time: 30 - 60 minutes
- PH value: 6 - 13
- Note: The specific process should be adjusted based on preliminary tests to achieve the ideal effect.
